We combine innovative technology and craft esthetics and strictly control each procedure through CAD/CAM/CAE computer-aided process. Quality Shanghai Baosteel P20 (28-32hrc), S45C template and LKM standard mold base are used for manufacturing this product and the mold structure is designed by senior technicians. The super-dense arrangement of water routes improves the cooling effect by 30%. In this way, it ensures equally cooling, easily molding and shortened production cycle and extends the service life of mold by 15-20% to guarantee the product’s quality.
